Collection of Phone Number
For a better experience while using our Service and the worXtra App, we will require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The phone number information that we collect will be used for user authentication in the worXtra App and for your verification of your mobile device at account recovery only. This data is never shared with any third party.
Communications via marketing
To ensure we keep you informed of our bespoke software products, business marketing and services we will use your personal data you have shared with us to send marketing communications, this may include newsletters, blog posts and emails.
You may choose, at any time, to exclude yourself from our communications by contacting us on info@worxtra.com to remove your details and no further marketing information will be sent to you. If we do not receive such notification, we shall continue to send you information about our bespoke software products, business marketing and services.
How we protect your information
To protect the confidentiality of your personal information, we follow the general data protection guidelines. Our business practices are periodically reviewed for compliance with policies and procedures that govern the security and confidentiality of the personal information we hold.
Any information provided by you for the benefit of software, web development or marketing material is stored on our secure servers using encryption.

Who do we share your data with?

In the event of a software deployment, we may share your personal details with subcontractors or an external service provider that may be appointed to administer and support certain functions of any of our bespoke software solutions, this will be in accordance with our instructions and your consent.

We acknowledge that no system can be completely secure, therefore, although we take steps to secure your personal data, we cannot verify that your personal information is and will alway remain completely secure. Any data breach will be notified within 72 hours.

You can contact us to request access to all your personal information we have maintained and stored securely by sending us an email to info@worxtra.com. Upon this request we can correct and/or update any information we hold about you personally.
To maintain the security of all our clients, you cannot directly access our systems to obtain, export or delete your details. You can, however, contact us in the method explained in section 10.1.

By using our website or systems, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information only where necessary, as described in this policy. It should be noted that certain software systems cannot function correctly without the user providing certain information in accordance with the security guidelines and GDPR.
